How it Works
Some numbers seem to have chemistry. They appear together more often than random chance would suggest. The Winning Pairs strategy builds a heat map of number pairs that appear in the same draw, helping you select numbers that historically keep good company.
The Social Score Algorithm
Sum the co-occurrence counts of number n's five strongest partner relationships.
The Co-occurrence Matrix analysis builds a matrix and extracts "social scores."
Building the Matrix:
1. Create an N×N matrix (50×50 for main numbers) 2. For each historical draw, increment counters for every pair: - Draw [5, 12, 33, 40, 48] creates pairs: {5,12}, {5,33}, {5,40}, ... 3. Result: Matrix[A][B] = how many times A and B appeared together
The Social Score:
For each number, sum its top 5 strongest partnerships.
Example:
- Number 23 frequently appeared with [5, 12, 17, 29, 44] - Co-occurrence counts: [15, 14, 13, 12, 11] - Social Score = 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 = 65
Interpretation:
Numbers with high social scores are "core cluster candidates"—they form the backbone of frequently winning combinations.

What this strategy actually describes
Pairs analysis tallies how often each two-number combination within the EuroMillions main pool (1-50) has co-appeared in historical draws, producing a ranked table of pair frequencies. A separate co-occurrence count covers Lucky Star pairings within the 1-12 supplementary pool, giving a two-table view of which value pairings have been most and least common across the draw record.
Applying it to this game
On EuroMillions, consult the main-pool pairs table to identify moderate-frequency pairings — those appearing together often enough to reflect a genuine historical pattern but not so often that selecting them concentrates your ticket in a heavily-populated combination. Check the Lucky Star pairs table independently to avoid the most commonly co-appearing supplementary pair.
A worked ticket structure
Build a EuroMillions ticket by anchoring on one main-pool pair from the middle frequency tier rather than the top-ranked pair, then add three further main picks from different number bands to complete the five-number selection. For Lucky Stars, choose a pair that does not appear in the top 10 most-frequent supplementary pairings, balancing your supplementary structure.
Risk profile
Moderate structural value, moderate misuse risk: EuroMillions pair frequency data helps diversify number sets and avoid naive picks, but raw pair counts reflect only how often two numbers happened to co-appear in an independent draw process — they carry no predictive weight for future co-occurrence.
What not to use it for
Do not treat highly-ranked EuroMillions pair frequencies as evidence that those two numbers are linked in the draw mechanism, and do not build a full ticket from several top-ranked pairs — doing so clusters your selection among the most popular combinations rather than genuinely diversifying it.
A responsible note
Pairs analysis describes the historical co-occurrence rate of number combinations in EuroMillions draws. No strategy guarantees winning or improves the mathematical odds of a EuroMillions draw.
