By accessing and using EuroLotto Predictor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Entertainment Purpose
EuroLotto Predictor is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Our predictions and analyses are based on statistical models and historical data. We do not guarantee any winnings, and all lottery outcomes are determined by chance.
3. No Gambling Service
We do not sell lottery tickets or operate any gambling services. We are an independent analytical tool that provides statistical information about the Eurojackpot lottery. To play the lottery, please visit your official national lottery provider.
4. Age Restriction
This service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We encourage responsible gaming practices.
5. Limitation of Liability
EuroLotto Predictor and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any decisions made based on our predictions or analyses.
6. Emails From Us
We send the emails needed to run your account, such as sign-in links and payment receipts. If you save number sets to the Virtual Vault, we email you their results after the draw unless you switch this off. Marketing emails (Jackpot Alerts, Draw Updates & Results, Product News & Offers) are optional and are not a condition of using the service: you can switch each category off in Settings or unsubscribe from any email at any time, free of charge. How we decide who receives marketing emails is explained in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
