We collect information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, subscribe to our service, or contact us. This may include your email address and payment information for premium subscribers.

7. Marketing Emails and Your Choices

Our marketing emails come in three categories that you can switch on or off separately in Settings: Jackpot Alerts (a heads-up before a draw when the jackpot reaches the level you choose, for the lotteries you choose), Draw Updates & Results, and Product News & Offers (new features and occasional offers for our own lottery-analysis tools). Jackpot Alerts are marketing emails even though they contain factual jackpot information.

If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may send you draw briefs, news about features, and occasional offers for our own lottery-analysis tools. Providing marketing consent is optional. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or the email preferences in Settings. We record the time, source, and wording of your choice, as well as withdrawals, so that we can respect your preferences and document our compliance. We also keep a record of unsubscribes and objections so that they stay effective.

Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

8. Requested Virtual Vault Notifications (My Virtual Vault Results)

When you save number sets to the Virtual Vault, we may email a factual review after the relevant draw, if your Vault result notifications are enabled. These notifications are separate from marketing emails and do not contain paid offers. You can turn them off in Settings or through the link in a Vault notification. Account sign-in links and necessary payment messages are not marketing emails.

9. Product Analytics and Service Providers

We use PostHog in its EU region to understand product use. Before you accept analytics cookies, PostHog uses memory-only browser persistence rather than storing its analytics identifiers in cookies or local storage. Analytics events may still be transmitted before you accept cookies. If you are logged in, analytics events may be associated with your internal account ID, without sending your name or email address as identification properties. Purchase, payment, and service-related events may also be recorded server-side.

Services involved in running the site include Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and PostHog (analytics). They receive information relevant to the services they provide. For questions about marketing preferences or personal data, contact privacy@eurolottoprediction.eu.
